An extremely rare George II Walnut Bureau Toilet Mirror.

The top mirror section completely replaced, having a shaped cresting rail above a moulded mirror frame, with re-entrant corners and parcel gilt decoration with a bevelled mirror supported on channel supports, with ebony finials and adjustable side screws. The original bureau base having four pigeon holes and six small drawers with ebony knobs, above a shaped full width divided drawer and raised on small ogee bracket feet.

19 in. (48 cm.) Wide, 11 in. (28 cm.) High.

English Circa 1740.
