S/1615 17th Century Oak Carving of a Bearded Man

An interesting 17th century defaced oak carving, depicting a bearded man with his right hand and arm resting on his waist and with carved leaves and scrollwork. The carving is probably part of a corbel or from a piece of furniture and retains a good patination.
