S/1949 Antique Treen Pear Wood Ladle

A most attractive pear wood ladle in the manner of a love spoon, made from a single piece of pear wood. The handle has a pierced heart motif, then continues into a rope twist which separates to attach the bowl. The whole has a lovely colour and patination.
