S/2141 Antique Treen 19th Century Mahogany Carpenter's Tallow or Grease Pot

An unusual solid mahogany carpenter's tallow or grease pot of a diamond shaped design, having a swivel lid working on a large steel screw. The whole has a good rich colour and patination.
