S/2362 Antique Treen 19th Century figurative Coquilla Nut Snuff Box

A rare well carved coquilla nut figurative snuff box, depicting a portly gentleman with a prominent nose, with hands in pockets. His full length coat has bone buttons and opens at the back with a hinged lid revealing an aperture for snuff. The whole has a lovely rich colour and fine patination.
