S/2494 Antique Treen 19th Century Ash Screw Type Nutcracker

A small ash screw type nutcracker, which were small nut crackers carried in the pocket and used for small nuts such as hazel, which were extremely popular in the Victorian Period. The whole has a pale honey colour and retains a patination.
