S/2514 Antique Treen 19th Century Apple Wood Barrel Shaped Nutmeg Grater

A most attractive apple wood barrel shaped nutmeg grater, having incised ring turnings. The top unscrews to reveal the metal grater, which in turn unscrews to obtain the grated nutmeg. The whole is in fine condition throughout and is of a lovely pale honey colour and patination.
