S/2555 Antique Treen 19th Century Pear Wood Loving Cup

A fine large pearwood loving cup turned from a single piece of wood, having a very slightly flared rim. The body, with moulded ring turnings, is raised on a concave and convex moulded stem, which sits on a stepped angled base with a small vertical foot. The whole has a lovely pale honey colour and good patination.
