S/2700 Antique Treen 19th Century Lignum Vitae Spill Vase

A most interesting and well turned lignum vitae spill vase, having a vase shaped design in heart wood. The body is finely ribbed and raised on a double bladed knop turned support, which is on a circular base with an unusual concave foot. The whole retains a patination.
