S/2743 Antique Treen 19th Century Small Boxwood Apothecary's Double Measure
A very small boxwood double measure, probably size 1.s., although it is not marked. It is the smallest size made, the largest is 8.s. These were used by apothecaries and chemists, as well as domestic use for measuring different amounts. The whole retains a patination.
