S/2761 Antique Treen 19th Century Boxwood Pepper Pot

An unusual boxwood pepper pot with a tin 15 hole mushroom sifter, which unscrews in three sections for cleaning and filling. It is of a circular design with incised lines and reeded mouldings on a stepped base. The whole has a good soft honey colour and patination.
