S/2852 Antique Treen 19th Century Oak Flour Bin

An extremely good quality staved oak flour bin, having three bands with nailed overlapping joins. The well fitted banded lid has a raised D shaped oak handle. The whole is in excellent condition, and has a lovely mid brown colour and patination. It is stamped on the base Maple and Co. London.
