S/2952 Antique Treen 19th Century Oak Iron Bound Costrel

A well proportioned oak staved iron bound costrel, having a good linked chain. The small air bung is beside the main wooden bung (probably a later replacement). The costrel is branded with initials L.T. on one end. The whole has a good rich colour and patination.
