S/3003 Antique Treen 18th Century Decorated Sycamore Muffineer

A late 18th century decorated sycamore muffineer of traditional form, having a shaped knop finial above a screw top, an urn shaped body, and raised on an angled circular foot. The whole has a faded yellow ochre colour and patination, as illustrated in Treen for the Table by Jonathan Levi, on page 87 plate 6/5.
