S/3008 Antique Treen 19th Century Boxwood Clicker or Clicket

An interesting early 19th century well turned boxwood clicker or clicket, which were used by teachers for drawing the attention and keeping unattentative pupils in order. It is in perfect working condition, has a good pale honey colour and retains a patination.
