S/3158 Antique Treen 19th Century Staved Oak Whisky Costrel

A small Scottish oak staved whisky costrel, banded in willow and having a protruding bung and wooden stopper. A quite delightful and unusual item for a few drams of the hard stuff! The whole has a good rich colour and retains a patination.
