S/3201 Antique Late 17th/Early 18th Century Carved Walnut Madonna and Child

A well carved late 17th or early 18th century walnut Madonna and Child, having the remains of gold leaf decoration, and standing on a rectangular base. It has a dark shaded colour and retains a patination. The left hand of Madonna and the right arm of the Child is missing.
