S/3240 Antique Treen 19th Century Dated Beech Pint Measure

A dated cylindical beech pint measure, having a protruding handle, all made from a single piece of wood. The interior has a carved date of 1886 above an excise mark, with initials S.M. below. It has PINT inscribed on the exterior rim. The whole, with pronounced turning marks to the inside of the base, has a good colour and patination.
