S/3317 Antique Treen 19th Century Ebonised Mahogany Snuff Shoe
An unusual ebonised mahogany snuff shoe, having a protruding heel with brass pique nails. The brass hinged lid opens to reveal the snuff, and has an oval mirror within a rope twist bone border. The whole has a dark colour and retains a patination.
Stolen at the Ardingly June Fair 2019, now found and available for sale.
