S/6098 Antique Treen 19th Century Mahogany Snuff Shoe

A small Victorian carved mahogany snuff shoe, having a circular fitted lid and a protruding heel. The shoe is beautifully carved with a ribbon bow above a textured ground ending in a flower head at the toe. The whole has a good colour and patination.
