S/6176 Antique 19th Century Scottish Ox Horn Snuff Mull

A good Scottish ox horn snuff mull with a silver collar and a cork lined lid having a silver cartouche initialled W.A. below a silver hinge. It has a carefully fashioned curled tail, showing the skill of the horner. The whole has a rich colour and fine patination.
