S/741 Early Nineteenth Century Lincolnshire Armchair

The curved top rail is above a spindle back with two attractively turned supports to each side. The arms made from one solid piece of timber are each supported by the spindles and two conforming turned supports. The elm seat is above turned legs in the traditional design, joined by stretchers for strength.

The whole is a good colour, retains a patination and is in good condition.
