S/481 Nineteenth Century Rosewood Sewing Table

The rectangular top, with rounded corners, is above a mahogany lined drawer, within pierced fret supporting brackets, fitted with a lock and key, which is above a green silk sewing bag.

The whole, raised on pierced fret ends, united by a barley twist stretcher, has down swept legs terminating with brass castors and is in good condition retaining a patination.
