S/315 Victorian Walnut and Brass Bound Desk Stand

The domed top opens to reveal a blue paper lined interior comprising of three compartments for letters and paper, which is fitted with a lock and key.

The base, retaining two original cut glass ink pots, has an ebonised pen tray and a mahogany lined drawer under.

The whole, decorated with engraved brass mounts, is a lovely colour, in good condition and retains a patination.
