S/319 Early Nineteenth Century Dutch Mahogany Chest of Drawers

The rectangular top, with canted front corners, is above three flush fitting full width drawers fitted with brass Dutch handles, escutcheon plates, locks and a key.

The whole, with a panelled back and decorated with satinwood motifs to the top of the canted corners, and outlined on the top and drawer fronts with boxwood and sycamore inlay, is supported on square tapered conforming feet and is a good rich colour and in good condition.
