S/321 William IV Rosewood Card Table
The hinged top swivels and opens to reveal a circular green baize lined interior, with a mahogany lined compartment under for cards and games. To the front is a panelled frieze with acanthus carved ears to either end.
The whole is raised on a tapered support, with a deeply carved moulding to the base, and is seated on a four sided, concave, platform base with lion paw feet and castors.
The whole retains a patination, is of a most attractive colour and is in good condition.
