S/368 George III Red Walnut Bow Fronted Corner Cupboard
The stepped and concave moulded cornice is above two doors, which have brass 'H' hinges, shaped escutcheon plates and a central red walnut astragal. The doors are fitted with a lock and key, which open to reveal a shaped oak top shelf, two further oak bow fronted shelves and the conforming base shelf.
The whole, with a concave base moulding, is a rich colour, in good condition and retains a patination.
