S/427 Late Nineteenth Century French Kingwood Veneered Skeleton Dressing Mirror
The vertical oval plate, within a bowed crossbanded and boxwood strung frame, is hung between two serpentine shaped supports joined by an arched top terminating with a wooden central finial, and are fitted with brass side screws of a Dutch drop design.
The base, united by a serpentine shaped stretcher, has conforming feet of an elegant design. The whole is in good condition and retains a patination.
