S/471 George III Mahogany Linen Press

The removable dentil cornice is above two figured panelled doors divided by a mahogany astragal, and opens to reveal four oak lined, mahogany faced, sliding trays and the base shelf.

The base has two short and two full width oak lined, cockbeaded drawers, all fitted with brass plate handles. The whole, fitted with locks and keys, is raised on a base moulding with bracket feet, and is a gook rich colour, in good condition and retains a patination.
