S/538 George III Mahogany Corner Cupboard

The sectioned cornice is above a frieze comprising of five panels outlined with holly banding and boxwood stringing. The two well figured doors, with goncalo alves crossbanding, are divided by mahogany astragal and when open reveal two bow fronted shelves and the base shelf, painted in traditional green.

The whole, fitted with a lock and key, has a base moulding and plank back and is in good condition retaining a patination.
