S/573 Late Seventeenth Century Miniature Walnut Armchair

The top, with acorn finials, has a top cresting with a carved central Rose. The cane back has two baluster uprights either side. The arms have protruding carved scrolls and are raised by further baluster shaped supports. The carved seat is raised on four sturdy carved legs united by further stretchers, the front one attractively carved.

The whole is in good condition and retains a fine patination.
