S/625 Regency Rosewood Book Carrier

To the top of each side and top of the carrying handle is a decorative line of brass inlay, which was often used in the Regency period to decorate good quality English furniture.

The whole, with green baize to the underneath, is elegant in design and is a good colour, retains a patination and in original condition.
