S/929 Regency Yew Wood Tea Caddy
The top, with a canted edge and decorated with boxwood stringing, opens to reveal two removable tea canisters with hinged lids and outlined with boxwood stringing, and a glass mixing bowl with lid to the center.
The whole, fitted with a lock, ivory escutcheon and key, has two decorative brass ring handles and is raised on brass lion paw feet in the traditional Regency design. The caddy is in good condition, a lovely colour and retains a patination.
