S/683 George III Mahogany Serpentine Fronted Dressing Mirror
The oval plate is within a crossbanded frame, being hung between two shaped supports with adjustable Dutch drop side screws. The serpentine base, with canted corners, crossbanded with kingwood and outlined with boxwood stringing, has three conforming mahogany lined drawers, fitted with Dutch drop handles.
The whole, with shaped sides and raised on ogee feet, is of a pleasing colour.
