S/971 Edwardian Satinwood Fire Screen

The serpentine top is above a frieze with boxwood and ebony stringing. The decorative silk embroidered glazed panel has a conforming strung panel below. To the reverse, is a green velvet panel with conforming strung frieze and panel to match the front.

The whole is raised on swept legs with turned feet and is in good condition, a lovely colour and retains a patination.
