S/956 Georgian Mahogany Square Washstand

The recessed top, with a shaped frieze on all four sides, has cut-outs for a jug and basin etc., and is now fitted with a removable loose mahogany top, which slides forward.

The whole is raised on square legs with an inside chamfer and has a central shelf above a mahogany lined drawer fitted with a Dutch drop handle.

The washstand is in good condition, a pleasing colour and retains a patination.
