S/1629/1636 19th Century Oak Spoon Rack and 12 Pewter Spoons

A most attractive Welsh oak wall mounted spoon rack, with twin reeded edged mouldings having twelve apertures for spoons fixed to an oak backboard with an arched top. The open box to the base has shaped sides and the whole has a good colour and original patination.

The twelve French mid nineteenth century pewter spoons included date from circa 1850.
