S/2294 Antique 17th Century French Bronze Lion Door Knocker

An extremely fine 17th century large bronze lion mask and snake door knocker of exceptional quality, having a provenance of being from the Chateau Couer-Cheverney on the Loire. It has one bolt replaced.
