S/2421 Antique Treen 18th Century Fruitwood Goblet

A most attractive 18th century fruitwood goblet showing residual influences from the designs of the 17th century ecclesiastical challices. The flared cup is seated on a double column divided by a stepped knop and terminating in a circular base with a recessed collar. The whole has a variable colour and patination.
