S/2615 Antique Treen 19th Century Welsh Oak Candle Box

A good quality well made oak Welsh rectangular hanging candle box, having an extended shaped backboard with a central hole for hanging. The rising chamfered lid to the front is fitted within a delicate B moulded edge. The whole has a pleasing grain, good medium brown colour and original patination.
