S/2625 Antique Treen 18th Century Walnut Spice Box

A rare and most attractive Georgian Period circular walnut spice box, having a well turned lid that unscrews with a boxwood knob and thread. The interior has four angled divided sections and the base has incised ring turnings. The whole has a lovely rich dark colour and good patination.
