S/2807 Antique Late Georgian Pair of Steel and Brass Fire Dogs

An important pair of late Georgian steel and brass fire dogs, having cylindrical steel columns surmounted by large brass acorn finials, seated upon most attractive scrolled feet with brass studs. The arms have a further small brass vertical acorn, and the pair are of most pleasing and attractive proportions.
