S/2866 Antique Treen 19th Century Ash Gulls Wing Knitting Sheath

A fine Cumbrian ash gulls wing knitting sheath, having a serrated groove to take the cow band (apron string) and decoratively turned handle for the needle. The whole has a lovely colour, grain and patination, a real collector's item.
