S/2931 Antique Treen 20th Century Ash Iron Bound Measure

A well grained ash iron bound measure, stamped Gallon G.R. 567 and Crown within an oval. The base is branded W.B. in capitals and it is made with an overlapping join in the traditional manner. The whole has a good honey colour, grain and patination.
