S/3067 Antique Treen 18th Century Spiral Candlestick

A good late 18th century spiral candlestick, having a pierced shaped traveller for adjusting the height of the candle, and a hook for carrying or hanging. It is seated on a well turned fruitwood circular base with a vertical foot. The whole has a good rich colour and patination.
