S/3063 Antique Treen 18th Century Sycamore Platter

A good 18th century circular sycamore platter, having concentric incised lines. The rounded base, with excellent pole lathe turning marks, is dish shaped and therefore making it easy to hold in ones hand while eating with a spoon. The whole has a pleasing colour and good patination.
