S/3102 Antique Treen 19th Century Masur Birch Pocket Snuff Box

A small masur birch pocket snuff box of oval form, having reeded ends, a shield cartouche and a tortoiseshell lined interior in the traditional form. The whole has a well grained and pleasing honey colour and patination.
