S/3362 Antique Treen 19th Century Fruitwood Eden Vale Knitting Sheath

An excellent quality fruitwood Eden Vale goosewing knitting sheath, having an inset bone plaque initialled E.W. and a circular bone needle hole. The body is carved with trailing plant stem decoration and chip carving. The whole has a lovely colour and patination.
