S/3389 Antique 19th Century Pair of Brass Andirons (Fire Dogs)

An imposing pair of 19th century Dutch brass andirons (fire dogs), having large ball ornaments surmounted by finials. The fronts have ringed lion's masks and each is raised on two claw and ball feet with iron supports. The pair are in good condition throughout.
