S/3393 Antique Treen 19th Century Beech and Ebonised Snuff Shoe

An extremely good quality beech and ebonised snuff shoe in the form of a boot, having an extended heel, bone buttons and pique decoration throughout. The brass hinged lid has a protruding bone knob handle and has very fine pique decoration with three capital letters A.D.G. The whole is in good condition and has a lovely colour and patination.
